Brian Lennan is an accomplished technology and infrastructure executive with deep expertise in intelligent buildings, digital infrastructure, IoT integration, and Power over Ethernet (PoE) solutions. As Founder and CEO of Digital Building Solutions (DBS)—recently acquired by a leading Cisco partner—Brian led the deployment of next-generation building technologies for many of the world’s most recognized organizations.

Under his leadership, DBS delivered mission-critical infrastructure and smart building solutions for premier clients including Apollo Global Management, BlackRock, Carlyle, Debevoise & Plimpton, Shearman & Sterling, TP ICAP, Goldman Sachs, Starwood Capital, and Cisco, among others. His work has helped shape millions of square feet of commercial, financial, legal, healthcare, and technology environments across North America and internationally.

With a career spanning executive leadership, business development, large-scale project delivery, and emerging technologies, Brian has built a reputation for transforming complex infrastructure challenges into scalable business solutions. As Managing Partner of SYNRA, he leverages this experience to advance strategic energy, logistics, and digital infrastructure investments. Brian remains passionate about helping organizations create smarter, more efficient, and future-ready environments while fostering innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Stephen Tyree is a highly respected construction, infrastructure, and energy industry executive with more than four decades of leadership experience overseeing complex industrial, environmental, marine, and terminal development projects throughout North America and globally. Throughout his career, he has successfully led the construction, rehabilitation, maintenance, and operational readiness of critical energy infrastructure assets serving some of the world’s largest energy companies and public-sector organizations.

As President of Metro Environmental Services and Vision Contractors, Stephen has directed large-scale storage terminal, tank farm, marine facility, pipeline, environmental remediation, and heavy civil construction projects for industry leaders including ExxonMobil, Shell, Sunoco, Getty Petroleum, Hess Corporation, BP,  and other major refiners, terminal operators, and fuel distributors. His expertise spans API tank construction and rehabilitation, terminal modernization, environmental compliance, marine infrastructure, emergency response, and operational turnaround programs for both active and decommissioned facilities.

Stephen’s portfolio also includes extensive work supporting federal, state, county, and municipal agencies, delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects involving environmental restoration, utility systems, transportation assets, public works facilities, and emergency response operations. His reputation has been built on safely executing highly complex projects while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement.

At SYNRA, Stephen leads all terminal construction, tank rehabilitation, marine infrastructure, and operational readiness initiatives for the San Nicolas Energy Terminal development. His unparalleled experience in restoring, expanding, and operating large-scale energy infrastructure provides SYNRA with the technical leadership and execution capability required to transform strategic assets into world-class storage and logistics facilities. Stephen also serves on the Board of Directors of SCO Family of Services and remains actively engaged in industry and community leadership throughout the Northeast.

Scott Panzer brings a highly diversified wealth of knowledge from the corporate perspective in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, real estate ownership, leasing and development, facilities management, cost reduction analysis and strategic and tactical planning. During the past 40 years, Mr. Panzer has been one of the leaders in consulting for major corporations worldwide. Since leaving his corporate role in M&A and Real Estate at Maxwell Communications and becoming a service provider in 1992, he has completed over 50 million sf of assignments encompassing all facets of real estate.

Mr. Panzer’s major initiatives throughout his tenure at JLL included: AXA Equitable (800,000 SF – Headquarters New York ), The United Nations (750,000 SF in three buildings – New York), BNY Pershing (470,000 SF), Bloomberg, L.P. (700,000 SF – New York, New York); KeySpan Corporate Headquarters (350,000 SF – Brooklyn, New York), MasterCard Global Technology Center (500,000 SF – O’Fallon, Missouri); and North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System, Center for Advanced Medicine (450,000 SF – Lake Success, New York), Comcast’s acquisition of NBC Universal totaling over 2 million sf across 15 cities. In addition to the major one off assignments, Panzer has represented multinational companies such as media giant Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG), TPICAP Global Brokerage, Mastercard International, Graham Holdings (Kaplan Education) and many others.
Mr. Panzer provides his clients with significant “corporate side” knowledge from his former positions. In addition, his negotiating expertise on mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy workouts, and real estate development and bulk procurement agreements continues to provide material ongoing savings for his clients. Mr. Panzer understands the unseverable connection between corporate strategy, operational needs of distinct business units and the efficient utilization of various forms of real estate.

As the Founding Principal of Digital Building Solutions, Mr. Panzer together with his two founding partners built the premier global design and service firm around Intelligent Building Systems using low energy technology to foster significant savings for some of the largest law firms and other professional firms in the US and abroad. With in excess of 6 million sf of projects behind the DBS team and knowing that it was time to pass the baton, Mr. Panzer, in late 2025 sold his interest in DBS to pursue other ventures in Cyber Security and AI.

Mr. Panzer holds an M.B.A. in Finance/Accounting and a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry and through the Scott M Panzer Foundation provides 6 figures of in charitable donations to a variety of local and international causes.

Christopher J. Baldwin is a distinguished business leader, private equity executive, and board advisor with more than three decades of experience leading and transforming multi-billion-dollar consumer, retail, and energy enterprises. He currently serves as Managing Partner at CVC Capital Partners, one of the world’s leading private equity firms, where he is a member of the U.S. Private Equity team and provides strategic leadership across portfolio investments and value-creation initiatives.

Prior to joining CVC in 2020, Chris served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BJ’s Wholesale Club, where he successfully led the company through a period of significant growth, operational transformation, and enhanced shareholder value. Under his leadership, BJ’s strengthened its competitive position, expanded membership growth, improved profitability, and became one of the most successful investments within CVC’s portfolio.

Before BJ’s, Chris was Chief Executive Officer of Hess Retail Corporation, overseeing one of the largest convenience retail and fuel marketing businesses in the United States. Earlier in his career, he held senior executive leadership positions with Nabisco and Procter & Gamble, where he developed extensive expertise in operations, marketing, consumer products, and large-scale business management.

Today, Chris serves as Executive Chairman of PDC Brands, a CVC portfolio company, and continues to advise and partner on multiple strategic investments across diverse sectors. His board leadership experience includes serving as Chair of the Board of Morristown Medical Center, Chair of the National Retail Federation, and as an Executive Board Member of Harlem Lacrosse. Widely recognized for his ability to drive growth, operational excellence, and enterprise value creation, Chris brings exceptional executive leadership, governance expertise, and capital markets insight to the SYNRA Board Advisory team.
